RBI rules: read the RBI guidelines on loan settlement and recovery

Signs you need help with multiple loans

  • You have loans or cards with several banks, NBFCs or loan apps
  • All your EMIs together are more than your income
  • Many lenders call you at the same time
  • You do not know which EMI to pay first

How we help with multiple loans

  • We make one simple list of every loan and card, with dues and status
  • We help you decide which loan to deal with first, and why
  • We tell you which lenders may consider a lower EMI or settlement
  • We help you talk to each lender, one by one

Multiple loans: a simple plan

  1. List every loan and card. Lender, amount owed, EMI, and how many payments are missed.
  2. Mark urgent ones. Any legal notice, court or arbitration date, or a secured loan (home, vehicle, gold) comes first.
  3. Keep essentials safe. Rent, food, school fees and medicines come before any EMI.
  4. Talk to each lender. Ask for a lower EMI, a longer period, or a settlement if you truly cannot pay.
  5. Get every offer in writing before you pay.

Common Questions

Which EMI should I pay first if I have multiple loans?

Usually, look first at secured loans (home, vehicle, gold) and any loan with a legal notice or court date, because the risk is higher. But every case is different. Keep money for food, rent and medicines first.

Is debt consolidation the same as settlement?

No. Consolidation means taking one new loan to repay old ones; you still pay the full amount. Settlement means a lender agrees to accept less. We do not give consolidation loans.

Can you combine all my loans into one?

No. We do not lend money, so we cannot give you one loan to clear all your loans. We help you plan and talk to each lender.

What can I do if my EMIs are more than my income?

First keep money for food, rent and medicines. Then list every loan and ask each lender, in writing, about a lower EMI, a longer period or, if you truly cannot pay, a settlement. Each lender decides. Get every offer in writing before you pay.
